Service Coordinator |
|

The Service Coordinator is the person with whom the family will have
the most
contact. The Service Coordinator is responsible for making sure
that the family and child get the services that were decided on in
the Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP). The family has the right
to decide who they would like to have as Service Coordinator.

Program Coordinator |
|

The Program Coordinator is the person responsible for the day-to-day
operation of the clinical program. The Program
Coordinator makes sure that all core program services are provided
and is also available to assist parents with a problem that cannot
be resolved by the Service Coordinator.

Family Resource Specialist |
|

The Family Resource Specialist (FRS) is a parent of a child with
special needs. This specialist understands the
family's worries, because he or she has been through some of the
same things. This person's job is to help the family with emotional
support, information, and conduct parent support groups and
training. The FRS ensures that the program is provided in a
family friendly manner.

Service Providers |
|

Service providers are
specialists who have expertise in intervention strategies.
Selected service providers are members of IFSP teams for children
and families and provide ongoing developmental support. |
